Life on Aelbrechtskolk passes right by our front door. Neighbours drop in for coffee; at the next table, lunch takes its time. Later, glasses fill and the theatre opens in the same building. ALTSTADT is part of historic Delfshaven, beside the harbour and close to the Pilgrim Fathers’ Church. This part of Rotterdam survived the wartime bombing. Its old façades still shape the neighbourhood. Come as a couple, with your colleagues or with the whole family. We’ll find the right space.
